For all FAA medical applications, please complete the online application BEFORE your appointment. You need to supply us with the system generated confirmation number when making the appointment. The application remains in the FAA system for up to sixty days.

If you wish to conduct another medical at the same time as the FAA medical, you will need to inform us at the time of the booking. Please do not ask to add another medical later, as this results in slot time overruns that cause massive delays to other pilots attending the practice.
